Shipping & Returns
Please allow 3-7 business days for your products to arrive after they have shipped. Once items are shipped, you will receive email confirmation and tracking number. Please note that sometimes orders are placed for items that are in the pre-order stage. If an item is pre-order, please allow an extra 1-2 weeks for item to arrive to our business location.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 30 day return policy. In order for items to be returned for a refund, products must be unused and in their original condition. To complete your return, we must receive an email (email@example.com) with a receipt or proof of purchase. Once items have been received, you will receive an email confirming if you are eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued as a store credit only.
We will replace any defective products. If you would like to exchange the item for the same product, please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org)
On sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
